Policy

We do not offer money back returns or exchanges at this time. Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, delayed or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim with them. Products are handmade so imperfections are to be expected. 2T's Custom Creations will ship to the address listed on the order form. Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. 

Currently all orders processing time varies by product between 1-3 weeks.
